The cuisine of a region is part of its larger culture and an evidence of the preferences that evolve with time due to contacts and historical developments. Being a unique part of the national identity the cuisine also experiences different influences and cannot be restricted by the traditions of one culture or one nation. Probably this is why since Pandok Yerevan came into being we tried to combine the best traditions of Armenian and Caucasian cuisines in our restaurant. Many of the Caucasian dishes have been accepted by Armenians with time and have become an integral part of the Armenian menu. Since the very beginning our mission was to offer our customers dishes that are palatable for our customer from both culinary and cultural perspective, but are also slightly different. This is, though, only part of our comprehensive approach. At Pandok Yerevan we use the highest quality fresh products supplied by our partner farmers and producers. We are extremely consistent in ensuring highest professionalism of and service by our serving staff.

«Ջազզվե»-ի պատմությունը սկսվում է 2003 թվականից։ Առաջին սրճարանը բացվել է Նաիրի կինոթատրոնի հարևանությամբ, որից հետո, մասնաճյուղերի թիվն ավելացնելով, «Ջազզվե»-ն դարձել է Հայաստանի ամենամեծ սրճարանային ցանցը։ Մեր այցելուներն իրենց զգում են ինչպես տանը, և հարմարավետ միջավայրն ու յուրօրինակ ինտերիերը նրանց տրամադրում են հնարավորինս երկար ժամանակ վայելել հանգիստը սրճարանում։

Crumbs Bread Factory specializes in European bread and pastry baking. We use natural, artisan methods and the finest quality ingredients to bake our breads and pastries. All our products are hand-made and baked using recipes and techniques perfected over centuries. Bread is the oldest and most basic food and we try to preserve the methods of bread baking. Therefore, we do not use any types of chemicals or additives to artificially improve the appearance. Furthermore, to improve the quality we avoid using yeast in our breads and instead use natural leavening agents, which enhances both the taste and the quality of the product. At our shop you can find more than 10 different types of bread such as baguettes, olive breads, 100% sourdough rye breads, whole wheat breads and more.

Founded in 2004, The Club (Akumb) is a brilliant combination of “intellectual marketplace”, gallery, restaurant, tea room, and café. Located near Opera in the very center of Yerevan, it is hugely popular with both Yerevan residents and guests alike. 1985 թ. Ռիչ և Գրեգ Քոմենները որոշեցին ստեղծել Դարչնաոլորները, այդ իսկ պատճառով նրանք աշխատանքի հրավիրեցին Ժերիլին Բրյուսոին, որը 1000 անգամ փորձելուց հետո միայն կարողացավ գտնել իդիալական բաղադրատոմսը: Առաջին Սինըբոն խանութը բացվել է 1985 թ Դեկեմբերի 5ին, Վաշինգտոն Նահանգի , Սիեթլ քաղաքում, ՍիԹեք մոլում (Հանրախանութ) Առաջին միջազգային Սինըբոնը բացվել է 1986 թ. –ին Ֆիլադելֆիա նահանգում, այնուհետև Վանկուվերում, Կանադա: Այժմ Սինըբոնը աշխարհում ներկայացնում է « Ֆոկուս Բռենդ» ընկերությունը, որը այժմ ունի 700 և ավել մասնաճյուղեր ողջ աշխարհում:
